Safari goes to the dark side

Apple announced today that they are producing a Windows version of their Safari web browser.
I've downloaded the beta for Safari 3, and attempted to write this blog on it, but was not able to post the image shown here (probably a popup issue - I did not troubleshoot - just went to Firefox).

While this is an interesting event, to me it is not earth shaking. It would be cool if they produced a Linux native version though.
